- Manage modifications to process equipment and methodologies for improved chemical production efficiency.
- Investigate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for reducing precious metal inventory and lowering operating costs.
- Oversee scheduling of material flow and production operations in specific departments.
- Lead projects related to chemical processes, solution flows, and wastewater treatment operations.
- Manage CAPEX projects, including equipment replacement, process improvement, and building renovations.
- Develop and revise equipment specifications; select and order automatic control equipment.
- Prepare control schemes and programming for automatic control of chemical operations.

The successful Process Engineer will have these qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or another engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to select chemical process equipment and prepare process flow diagrams.
- Strong working knowledge of inorganic chemistry, unit operations, and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in performing chemical and metallurgical calculations, such as mass balances or chemical consumptions.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for technical drawings.
