- Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
- Operating the service elevator.
- Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
- Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
- Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
- Providing 5-star customer service.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
- Have a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Can communicate well with others and work as a part of a team.
- Are able to complete multiple tasks in an organized manner.
- Respond quickly to requests from guests, residents, and your team.
- Maintain confidentiality for our guests and residents.
