    Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits specialist? Are you looking to take your career to the next level supporting a Global Company?

    We are looking to add a new Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist to our Global HR Team. You will be responsible for performing the full cycle, end to end payroll and benefits function for Gentell group of companies in the US and Canada.

    Your Future Responsibilities:

    • Independently manage full cycle, end to end payrolls for US and Canada.
    • Payroll Processing for hourly, salaried and contract employees within various pay cycles.
    • Manage health and welfare benefits accounts including open enrollments and updates to related changes of current employee base; updating deduction and contribution rates and reconciliations between vendor records, payroll and accounting, and filing of all 3rd party contributions and premiums.
    • Support preparation of journal entries.
    • Manage and reconcile vendor invoices and accounts related to payroll deductions and contributions.
    • Manage and respond to payroll and benefit related inquiries.
    • Partner with the HR team to support the HR project management, efficiency initiatives, compliance and reporting.
    Requirements:

    Your Strengths:

    • Professional payroll designation preferred.
    • Extensive hands on experience using ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity preferred.
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.
    • Strong knowledge of legislative compliance in the US and Canada.
    • Excellent communicator with a keen awareness of appropriate internal and external interactions.
    • Team oriented with a strong level of personal accountability.
    • 5+ years of payroll and benefits processing experience, global experience preferred.
    • Ability to manage large payroll volume with close attention to detail within strict timelines and a high level of accuracy.
    • Acute awareness of working in compliance with both internal and external policies and legislative requirements, maintain high level of confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; and to identify and utilize available resources.
