Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in stick welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This role plays a key part in producing durable, high-quality metal components that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welding Operations: Perform stick welding to join metal components, ensuring strong, clean, and precise welds.

• Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment, including selecting appropriate electrodes and settings for various materials.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Quality Control: Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with stick welding

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures
