Job Description
Around 12 + Years of Solution Desing, Configruations, implementation and Execution Experience in Enterprise Service Management Solutions
Around 8 + Year in ServiceNow with~5-6 End to End large project Execution
Experince in Design and Configuration for ServiceNow Platform Solutions including majorly ITSM, CSM, CSDM, Product and Data modelling
Experience in Desing and Configuration for Integration Hub, Orhestrations using the playbooks
Experience in Data modelling and Mapping from external Application to ServiceNow CSDM frameworks for all required Domains
Experience in high Level and Low level solution Desing along with Techincial Architects, Business Process Analysist
