- Translate the Deer Valley East Village brand strategy into a cohesive visual identity system used consistently across all partner properties and real estate projects.
- Maintain brand, naming, and design compliance across all assets in alignment with the Deer Valley trademark license agreement.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, creative toolkits, and visual systems to ensure high-quality, consistent brand expression.
- Partner with Deer Valley Resort's marketing team to ensure alignment across shared brand touchpoints
- Direct production of premium content including photography, videography, renderings, lifestyle storytelling, copywriting, and visual assets for multi-channel use.
- Produce real-time, onsite content showcasing construction progress, milestones, seasonal experiences, and real estate features.
- Develop content featuring skiing, lake recreation, culinary programming, wellness experiences, and village life for use across partner projects.
- Lead development, updates, and optimization of websites supporting DVEV and individual real estate projects.
- Develop and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and milestone communications across partner databases.
- Direct paid media including search, social, programmatic, and digital video to support real estate lead generation.
- Develop and execute the organic social media strategy for DVEV and select project channels.
- Manage content calendars, channel growth, community engagement, and influencer or creator partnerships.
- Ensure alignment between social storytelling, paid campaigns, and real estate marketing priorities.
- Lead production of materials supporting sales of Extell's and Reef's real estate offerings
- Create brochures, decks, maps, amenity overviews, lifestyle content, collateral, floorplan summaries, digital brochures, and project websites.
- Establish and oversee a centralized DAM system ensuring organized access to photos, videos, renderings, maps, and collateral across DVEV partners.
- Manage file versioning, naming conventions, permissions, and asset distribution workflows.
- Oversee creative, digital, paid media, and content agencies to ensure high-quality output delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Partner with Extell, Reef, Deer Valley Resort, hospitality operators, sales teams, and construction teams to ensure information accuracy and alignment.
- Partner with the Reef Enterprises marketing team as a shared-services resource, leveraging technical expertise, integrated workflows, and centralized support.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing within luxury real estate, hospitality, resort, or destination development.
- Proven experience developing creative assets, digital campaigns, and polished sales materials.
- Strong writing, visual direction, and content development skills.
- Experience leading social strategy and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-partner environments with competing priorities.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Director, Brand & Content serves as a strategic support leader to the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for building the visual, digital, and narrative framework that defines Deer Valley East Village and supports the real estate sales strategy for Extell's and Reef's project portfolios. This individual will lead all creative development, content production, digital marketing, social media strategy, market research, and asset management while ensuring consistent brand expression in alignment with the Deer Valley trademark license agreement and the destination brand strategy.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of luxury real estate, brand development, digital ecosystems, social storytelling, and content production. This role works collaboratively across DVEV partners including Extell, Deer Valley Resort, brokerages, hospitality operators, and municipal stakeholders. This role also partners closely with the Reef Enterprises marketing team, utilizing shared technical expertise and operational support resources.
