Description
Analyzes administrative program functions, processes, and data to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of programs and work operations in the State.
Presents finding and recommendations.Works with the Procurement and Property to monitor, analyze, and coordinate state leasing activities which includes state office, area offices, and field offices.
Serves as State's primary purchase card approving official to ensure compliance with purchase card usage and analyzes documents to ensure purchases are legally supported and recommends new internal processes as required.
Provides training to state and field office staff on analytical methods utilizing data and technical tools to help the staff better understand and utilize existing data.
Assists the Management and Strategy team and other leadership team members and program personnel in managing the state's agreements and processes pertaining to agreements to ensure agreements are legally compliant with program rules.
