    Insurance Sales Leader

    If you are an experienced leader, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a dynamic and customer-focused team in our well-known insurance agency. Your main focus will be managing the day-to-day operations of our sales department, using data-driven insights to coach and develop our Sales Producers team, fostering strong client relationships for business growth.

    As the manager, your mission is to effectively lead, train, and motivate a team of professionals to enhance service levels, drive retention, and expand our market presence.


    Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new and existing insurance sales.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, sales, and terms.
    • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
    • Coach team members to achieve individual goals and KPIs.
    • Deep understanding of our insurance products.
    • Proficient in utilizing our tech tools.
    • Accomplish business objectives.
    • Oversee the sales process and strategies.
    • Manage external partnerships.
    • Execute online marketing and content plans.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 5+ years in sales.
    • 5+ years in an independent insurance agency.
    • Positive and professional attitude.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience with CRM and other relevant technology.
    • Proficient in telephony systems.
    • Ability to handle pressure with composure.
    • Expertise in simplifying complex insurance concepts.
