    Description

    The Narcotic Addiction Treatment Program (NATP) is a specialized out-patient center focused on treating opioid use disorder (OUD). We offer various treatment options, including methadone, buprenorphine/suboxone/sublocade, and traditional recovery models. Additionally, we provide treatment for psychiatric disorders with medication and psychotherapy.

    Sign-On Bonus Details
    • 1-year commitment: $5,000
    • 2-year commitment: $7,000
    • 3-year commitment: $10,000

    The main objective of this position is to provide clinical treatment services to our targeted patient population. This outpatient program caters to individuals with mental health diagnoses who meet criteria for outpatient or partial hospitalization.



    Responsibilities:
    • Engage in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
    • Complete clinical documentation promptly and provide necessary information to ensure service authorization.
    • Collaborate with the clinical team to assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    • Conduct assessments, provide therapy sessions, and involve families in treatment processes when required.
    • Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions and interventions.
    • Participate in treatment team meetings to review patient progress and update treatment plans.
    • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

    Requirements:
    Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field. Clinical experience is preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation processes and willingness to learn harm reduction models are valued. Experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral conditions is a plus. Familiarity with drug and alcohol treatment is beneficial.


    Licenses and Clearances:
    • Must have completed the required licensure examination.
    • Eligible for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Licensed Family Marriage Therapist (LMFT) within 30 months of hire.
    • Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC) certification.
    • Act 34 clearance.
