    LMI is seeking a Technical Program Manager with Contact Center management experience to support our Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) customer. The Program Manager is responsible for turning customers into advocates by pioneering valuable solutions, delivering on commitments, and facilitating an exceptional experience. This role primarily oversees the activities associated with executing solutions and delivering services for customer projects. This includes leading our Project and Program Management staff, managing project resources including subcontractors, and ensuring quality performance. The PM is expected to operate their programs in an entrepreneurial manner to grow, mature, and develop its customer base, capabilities, resources. Additionally, this role collaborates with other departments to support common strategic goals including sales, revenue, engagement, among others.

    Responsibilities:
    • Deliver Exceptional Client Experience
    • Provide overall leadership responsibility and be accountable for the projects within your program.
    • Lead, oversee, and direct multiple project teams and subcontractor team members to deliver exceptionally client rated products and/or services.
    • Conduct project planning, quality control, risk mitigation, and critical thinking to optimize outcomes.
    • Deliver program outcomes on time, within budget, while ensuring contract deliverables meet all requirements.
    • Maintain and nurture strategic and tactical partnerships.
    • Properly oversee subcontract/subcontractor management and execution.
    • Ensure quality service delivery in alignment with LMIs ISO certified Quality Management System.
    • Effectively manage program budget to support overall company objectives.
    • Support company growth within new and established markets by identifying and nurturing opportunities to expand services and/or products for new and existing clients.
    • Spearhead corporate initiatives to establish, maintain and improve company policies and procedures.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate problems, issues or concerns to minimize overall impacts to clients or internal stakeholders.
    • Inspire your teammates; train, grow, reward, empower; and provide mentoring and feedback for professional development of your teammates.
    • Provide thought leadership on project management, governance, and service delivery.
    • Collaborate regularly with other PMs and groups on cross functional initiatives to improve overall company performance and ensure consistent performance across all programs.
    • Work closely with the HR team and clients to staff government contracts.
    • Utilize domain knowledge to develop, write, review and edit business proposals; as well as staffing plans, budgets, conducting red team reviews, and prepare reference materials.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:

    MINIMUM:

    • Bachelors Degree in business, computer science, or engineering
    • 7-10 years experience in field
    • PMP Certification
    • 3-5 years Experience managing enterprise to large Contact Center migrations, particularly with CCaaS and Cloud.
    • Experience in agile methodologies
    • LMI may choose to substitute education with relevant experience

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Graduate degree in business, computer science, or engineering
    • Experience managing contracts with, or serving for, the Dept of Veterans Affairs
    • Experience managing contracts with ceiling in the range of $25M-$50M
    • Experience managing subcontract services and products
    • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in multiple methods of visual communication
    • Experience in group facilitation, including with groups of senior organizational leaders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • A deep, natural curiosity and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to be nimble through constant change and unexpected challenges
    • Self-starter and results-oriented, able to work under minimal mentorship
