- Manage procurement processes including purchasing and Syspro Inventory Management.
- Process Knoxville Precious Metal purchase orders.
- Handle Daily Churn Fabrication and Catalyst orders (sales orders).
- Conduct project purchasing and stock purchasing activities.
- Utilize MRP system for monitoring daily demands and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate routine cycle counts in collaboration with the production team.
- Procure non-stock supplies and miscellaneous items as directed.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials for internal assembly schedules and customer demands.
- Review and approve supplier invoicing.
- Maintain detailed purchasing records in the Daily Production Schedule.
- Perform Syspro inventory tasks such as new item set-up, maintenance, and clean-up.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in purchasing and procurement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in math and analytical skills.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Syspro ERP software desired; background in an MRP system preferred.
- Prefer experience within a manufacturing environment.
