    Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist,

    you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes

    You Will:
    Provide the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) with feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists.
    Manage and provide coaching, training, support, and motivation to team members.

    Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provides documentation to the ICM.Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.

    Adheres to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and generally accepted safety protocols.
    Performs technologist duties to maintain technical skills and to alleviate staffing shortages.

    Provide input for hiring and performance evaluation of Nuclear Medicine Technologist employeesActs on behalf of the ICM when individual is unavailable.

    You Must Have:
    ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with State Nuclear Medicine License.
    State License in Diagnostic Radiologic TechnologyMust have venipuncture certification/permit.
    BLS certificationA familiarity with and ability to use equipment in including RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.A demonstrated the ability to maintain all required quality standards

    Pay Range:
    USD $ USD $70.00 /per hour


    Shift:
    Mornings


    Shift Variations:
    Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm PST
