    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Business Partnering:

    • Collaborate closely with business leaders to devise and execute business-specific programs fostering a culture of high performance, ethics, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
    • Establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement in partnership with senior business leaders.
    • Coach senior leadership teams to assess talent capabilities effectively, taking actions to engage, develop, and retain talent.
    • Support senior leaders in deploying performance management and rewards processes to ensure desired performance results and retain top performers.

    Talent Management & Organizational Capability:

    • Implement talent strategy and processes within assigned business teams.
    • Break down the organizational capability roadmap into achievable parts with relevant metrics and milestones.
    • Ensure effective operationalization of talent acquisition, development, and succession practices within assigned business teams.

    HR Service Delivery:

    • Share business priorities with Practice and Service Centers to align resource planning and priorities.
    • Collaborate with regional and global HR colleagues to execute business decisions and actions as per agreed plans.

    Basic Qualifications | Education:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5+ years' experience in client-facing HRBP roles.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading processes and developing relationships with remote business partners and HR colleagues.
    • Ability to leverage business acumen and interpersonal skills to influence senior business leaders.
    • Capability in aligning leadership around organization direction, design, and governance.
    • Track record of developing and implementing workforce/talent strategies for business outcomes.
    • Experience in deploying priorities across multiple locations and cultures is desirable.
    • Success in driving organizational effectiveness and improvement initiatives.
    • Matrix management skills with the ability to define resource requirements and collaborate across functions.
    • Advanced knowledge of all facets of Human Resources.
