    LHH is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Litigation Attorney to join our client's dynamic team for a 6 month assignment.

    This role is fully remote, but associates must live in one of the following states:
    TX, MA, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, PA, OR, NC, WA, DE


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
    Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings.
    Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, representing clients in a professional manner.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop litigation strategies and case resolutions.
    Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.


    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing within the jurisdiction you reside.

    Demonstrated experience in litigation matters, with 7-10 years of relevant legal practice.
    Experience with personal injury and mass torts, preferred

    Pay Rate:
    $70-$80/hour

    $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
