    Job Title: Account Manager Trainee

    As our clients expand, we seek entry-level candidates for the marketing and sales team as an Account Manager Trainee.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Deliver presentations and build customer relationships with leading business prospects
    • Educate potential buyers on client products, promotions, and services
    • Assist in acquiring new accounts and expanding markets
    • Develop knowledge of client marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals through training with Senior Account Managers
    • Negotiate contracts with clients, identify concerns, and upsell products and services as needed
    • Participate in conference calls and on-site training workshops to stay current on client sales progress

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • In-progress or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
    • 0-3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or other leadership role preferred
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualities
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments
    • Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a team setting
    • Self-determined and takes initiative in creating solutions
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
    • Reliable transportation to onsite location

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
