The Little Gym challenges kids to master physical, emotional, and life skills through SERIOUS FUN. With over 400 locations worldwide, it is a top-notch center for kids aged 4 months to 12 years. For more than 40 years, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids build confidence and skills through gymnastics and dance programs using movement-based learning and imaginative play. Classes are taught in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment where kids develop at their own pace. Engaging activities include camps, parent survival nights, birthday parties, and special events.

Program Manager Trainee
The Program Manager Trainee's role is to determine if you are a good fit for the Program Manager position and vice versa. Training involves learning about The Little Gym, becoming a proficient instructor, managing duties, and ensuring tasks are completed proactively. The Program Manager reports to the Gym Director and oversees staff training and day-to-day tasks, ensuring classes are taught according to standards and exceptional customer service is provided.
