    We are seeking an experienced Arts and Entertainment pro who is culturally savvy, focused on community building and passionate about the power of social media to elevate our brand. Bonus points if you are a bit of a foodie. You should be obsessed with Instagram reels, TikTok and yes, even Facebook/Meta, be able to identify trends with ease and thrive on writing attention-grabbing copy and captions.

    We dont want to post just to post: we want to focus on creating content that drives meaningful, measurable results for our property and for our partners. The Social Media Manager will lead planning and execution for impactful social media campaigns. showcasing our unique voice and vision, and nurturing a growing community.

    We are looking for someone who is a storyteller at heart, capable of crafting compelling messages and content for a variety of audiences. You should have Arts and Entertainment and/or venue experience along with expertise in brand marketing (preferably as part of an in-house brand marketing team). Previous day-to-day account management, and a positive digital footprint is required. You will work alongside a small internal team and should be able to balance the role of strategy, content creation/production, and campaign management.

    Serving as the main creator and publisher of all social media and content, this person will also support any relevant website campaigns and content updates across the property. You will work to push content to new and emerging audiences.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary content creator and publisher for social and web, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and main property website
    • Produce and oversee engaging content that reflects our brand identity and effectively reaches target markets
    • Coordinate photo and video shoots to support our social media initiatives
    • Work with internal team to support client initiatives and promote external on-site activities
    • Create engaging and shareable content (text, photos, videos) that reflects our brand identity and effectively reaches target markets
    • Create and maintain content calendars to focus on growing the brand and supporting client initiatives
    • Manage and oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and performance tracking
    • Ensure property is participating in social trends while maintaining brand integrity as it pertains to the business, the city and the culture
    • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns, including social listening, in an effort to maximize results
    • Available to capture, create, write and publish content on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
    • Participate in weekly All-Staff meetings and weekly Marketing meeting

    Skills and Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
    • Candidate should be based in the Atlanta Metro and be available to work on site
    • 3-5 years experience in social content creation and social content strategy, preferably within the B2C, consumer products space. Arts and Entertainment is experience is a plus.
    • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable working with a small team
    • Experienced in content creation, with a portfolio that includes photo and video production for social media.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and a highly collaborative nature. You should love working with others, and not be afraid to lead or follow.
    • Portfolio demonstrating a creative and diverse approach to storytelling across social platforms
    • Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills, i.e. written and verbal, and ability to interact effectively with different target demographics
    • Comfort working with a small team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a direct line in to primary stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask and manage various projects, simultaneously

    This role is on-site and based in Atlanta, GA.

    Salary range: $60k - $75k annually DOE.
