Job description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team to support SAGA's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire full-cycle recruitment and hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to making offers.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and staffing needs. Assist with drafting job descriptions, opening requisitions, and driving the recruiting process to completion.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences from start to finish – engaging and communicating throughout the process.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Team in onboarding new hires and creating a strong and positive employer brand for SAGA.
- Manage the ATS (Rippling) and providing weekly staffing reports and analytics.
- May manage contract recruiter(s) and recruiting agencies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred in business administration, human resources, marketing, biology or health sciences) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in medical oncology and/or diagnostics, molecular residual disease (MRD), or related healthcare products.
- Strong process management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, relationship management skills, and ability to close candidates.
- Ability to be a hands-on manager in a fast-paced, fast-growing company.
- Experience with managing contract recruiters and recruiting agencies.
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, and MS Office.
- Preferred location is within RTP in NC, but position may be remote in the U.S.. Candidates who can support East Coast hours preferred.
