    WaferWire is seeking a skilled Digital Partner Experience Champion (Presales + TPM) with AI Expertise to join our team.

    About the Role: Are you passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of sales, marketing, and cutting-edge technology? As a dynamic Presales + Technical Program Manager (TPM), you'll lead the charge in empowering partners and sellers with the transformative capabilities of Microsoft's AI Copilot and Generative AI.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aimed at enhancing the digital partner experience.
    • Lead workshops to envision future state scenarios for Gen AI and Copilot across the partner and seller journey.
    • Analyze existing data, including partner CPE scores and support cases, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct internal interviews, integrate partner feedback, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to prioritize AI scenarios.
    • Develop future state partner workflows aligned with the partner journey and MCEM framework.
    • Integrate AI scenarios into planning workstreams as part of the Commercial Partner portfolio.
    • Partner with technical leadership to design high-level technical architecture building blocks and systems.
    • Build proof-of-concepts to validate AI scenario effectiveness and document business requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in sales and marketing organizations with a proven track record of capturing stakeholder requirements and driving execution.
    • Proficiency in building and leading executive presentations.
    • Strong data analysis skills with expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
    • Familiarity with GTM strategies and leveraging data to drive sales and marketing success.
    • Essential: Deep understanding of AI terminology and concepts, with the ability to design scalable, performant, and reliable systems within organizational accountabilities and limitations.
