    The International Technology Team is looking for a very talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our fast-moving Global Product team.

    The product manager will be tasked with innovating, designing and facilitating the agile implementation of product features to enhance the customer experience of our Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn Family and West Elm customers.

    Internal Description Our stunning West Elm store at Bondi Junction is seeking a dynamic, customer focused, results-driven individuals to join the team as a Design Studio Specialist You will be skilled in providing customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service.

    In addition, the ability to utilise effective selling techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.


    About the Role* Receive shipments & accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom & off-site locations. Assist sales team in replenishing sales floor after shipment or during recovery periods. The Corporate Design Director - Marketing will bring our Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand to life through design, creative brand strategy, thought leadership, and inspiration.

    As a leader on our Marketing team, this role will demonstrate a passion for telling the company story and translate it visually for customers, stakeholders, and communities that we serve.

    The Director will oversee design and branding projects including our Cross Brand Loyalty program, Cross Brand marketing events, Corporate design projects, executive presentations, and Business to Business design.

    The position will develop design ideas and strategic plans for these projects, partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other senior executives, and collaborate cross-functionally across Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

    The Director will lead a team of creative staff and act as an evangelist for innovation and customer focused design across the company.
