- Physician Responsibilities: The Physician will cater to the needs of all patients within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing. They will perform patient care activities to fulfill their duties and responsibilities, aiming to generate adequate practice volume. Additionally, the Physician will participate in on-call duties and attend meetings as required, practicing medicine in alignment with national patient safety goals.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.).
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in Georgia is essential.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified status is preferred.
- A valid DEA certificate without restrictions is required.
- Experience in outpatient medical practice is favorable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer literacy are necessary. - Physical Requirements (Medium):
- Lifting capacity ranging from 20-50 lbs.
- Occasional, frequent, and constant lifting and carrying of different weights.
- Combination of standing, walking, and sitting along with close eye work throughout the workday.
- Physical demands may vary depending on assigned tasks and work area. - Environmental Factors:
- Variable environmental conditions based on the work area and tasks.
- Exposures to various elements such as blood-borne pathogens, bio-hazardous waste, chemicals, communicable diseases, and more.
- Use of personal protective equipment may be required.
