Qualifications:
High School Diploma orEquivalentAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to push/pull housekeepingcart, vacuum and carpet cleanerProfessional positiveattitude and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicateeffectively in EnglishAbility to embrace themission and culture of the organization RESPONSIBILITIES Performs daily cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices in a clean and sanitary manner and in compliance with all federal and state regulations Performs terminal/detailed cleaning of residents' apartments Cleans and maintains carpet and other floor types Transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area Performs high and low dusting Ability to determine and utilize the appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies Follows all infection control practices/standard precautions Observes safety precautions at all times and reports safety hazards as appropriate Replenishes supplies Uses and maintains equipment properly Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner Always introduces self to residents, families and visitors Maintains patient confidentiality at all times Performs other duties as assigned Benefits: Paid Time OffMedicalDentalVisionExperience:Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
