- Build relationships with both existing & new customers.
- Estimate & create proposals for incoming opportunities. Following the sales process from start to finish.
- Managing awarded projects.
- Coordinating both short-term & long-term scheduling alongside existing management staff.
- It would be expected of you to become fully knowledgeable with the
- Once a project reaches contract stage, you would be responsible to buyout all materials, negotiating with suppliers, & managing the project alongside one of our field superintendents.
- Assist in personnel management, employee safety, & training.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape projects.
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ability to maintain company and client confidential information.
- Standard horticultural knowledge.
- Working knowledge of drainage methods
- Working knowledge of irrigation systems, including wells, pumps, and automatic controls.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe AcrobatPro
- Excellent driving record
- Landscape Contracting Degree or Similar Qualification.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the landscape/construction industry.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to work in all outdoor weather conditions all year round
- Must be willing and able to work 45 hours or more per week when requested
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays when requested
- OSHA-10 Certification strongly valued

Our Downingtown Office is looking for a full-time experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager/Estimator. This position reports directly into the Vice President of Construction.JOB SUMMARY:
