We are currently assisting our customer with a Maintenance Engineer search near Pittsburgh, PA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
ensuring a safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective operation through proper safe guards, operation and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain documentation for all preventive and predictive maintenance
Support Maintenance and Operations metal forming and shaping equipment
Oversee proper maintenance procedures are performed correctly regarding the equipment and facility
Work in conjunction with Production during all capital projects
Propose, plan, and install the necessary equipment to improve production efficiency and achieve cost reduction
Ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause utilizing 8 step, 5 why and providing impactful counter measures to prevent recurrence
Maintain inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
Prior experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment

Total Compensation:
$100,000 - $110,000
