    The Director, Infrastructure will own existing IT systems, network services, directory services, and end user technology and the design and capacity planning of all future growth. They will drive the (Plan, Build, Run) for these services. They will provide oversight and direction of solution partner providers for Manhattan Associate's global data network and services, as well as centralized and distributed computing and storage (inclusive of Cloud solutions, Colo/Hosted/Managed data centers and onsite servers, storage, and network equipment).

    MINIMUM EXPEREINCE REQUIREMENTS
    • 10+ years of experience working for technology driven company is required
    • 10+ years in developing and managing teams involved in building multi-tenant applications, platforms, microservices and distributed system requirements such as availability/uptime, resilience, availability, monitoring
    • Experience managing a global team in a matrixed organization
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    • Evaluate, procure, and integrate infrastructure solutions into the overall organization, as determined by business, regulatory and market demands
    • Ensure that the ETS technologies and services align with Manhattan Associates, Inc. strategic principles and policies
    • Comfortable working in global, cross-cultural environments
    • Extensive knowledge of Cisco Systems' network and datacenter solutions portfolio
    • Ability to accept afterhours calls for support and/or guidance, including "on-call"
    • Proficient with developing publications, white papers, Network diagrams and PowerPoint presentations
    • Occasional domestic and international travel required
    ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
    • Comfortable working in global, cross-cultural environments
    • Extensive knowledge of Cisco Systems' network and datacenter solutions portfolio
    • Ability to accept afterhours calls for support and/or guidance, including "on-call".
    • Proficient with developing publications, white papers, Network diagrams and PowerPoint presentations.
    • This is an on-site position with the flexibility to work hybrid at times
    • Ability to motivate and drive a team to excellence
    • Ability to identify gaps in learning for the team and work to close them
    • (Bonus) Setup/built a NOC (Network Operations Center) from scratch
