    Registered Nurse – LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)

    Seeking experienced LTAC RN to provide advanced nursing care for medically complex and critically ill patients requiring extended hospitalization in a hospital-based setting (e.g., Select Specialty Hospital, Kindred Hospitals).

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide care for ventilator-dependent and high-acuity patients

    • Manage tracheostomy care, IV therapy, and complex wound care

    • Monitor patient status and perform frequent assessments

    • Administer medications and coordinate interdisciplinary care

    Requirements:

    • Active RN license

    • LTAC, ICU, or critical care experience preferred

    • BLS/ACLS certification

    • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
