Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in our Manhattan, NY office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases and be familiar with the legal procedures in New York.The paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases. This position will be based full-time in our Manhattan office.
You Will:
- Order and review medical records and other relevant documents and summarize them for attorney review.
- Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information while maintaining clear and organized client files.
- Prepare and file complaints, petitions, and other legal documents.
