    Sr. Systems EngineerOnsite Location:Aurora, CORequired: TS/SCINo 1099, No third parties, no C2C, No Visas or Green CardsNo exceptions (Sorry)W2 Hourly long term Contract Only$68 - $90.00 per hour based on experience and benefits packageGeoLogics is seeking highly qualified, Sr. Systems Engineer - Command and Control (C2) Component Engineer in Aurora, CO with a TS/SCI Clearanceto assist the C2 Chief Engineer with engineering responsibilities on the Program. In this role, you will have the potential to grow into the Chief Engineer role.In support and as the apprentice to the C2 Chief Engineer, you will also be part of an Enterprise level, satellite command and control system using the latest in adapted DevOps processes and cloud architecture.Qualifications Required
    • Typically requires a BA/BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with emphasis in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related Technical field with minimum 3+ years' relevant or equivalent experience
    • An active and transferable TS/SCIU.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
    • Experience with requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
    • Experience with software design solutions
    • Experience designing and implementing command and control services including Front End Processors (FEPs), and history services with the end user in mind
    • Experience communicating status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including Raytheon senior management, customers, and major subcontractors
    • Experience with software development processes, enterprise testing, and their applications on Programs
    • Experience in an Agile and DevOps development environment
    • Experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government customer, IPT leadership, and support organizations
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in change management, bidding and proposal generation
    • Experience in business and project management tools and procedures (e.g. IPDS, EVMS, Risk Management, Financial Forecasts and EAC)
    • Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science experience highly preferred
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the C2 component system engineering and architecture
    • Provide technical direction and clarification of requirements and design to the Program team
    • Review and approval of capability & feature elaborations and acceptance events & closures
    • Support technical interchange meetings with Program Management and the Customer
    • Represents the organization in matters pertaining to the development for the C2 component
    • Prioritize the C2 component Deficiency Report (DR) backlog
    • Provides C2 component impacts for change management
