Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer networks within the organization. This role involves ensuring the integrity of network infrastructure, data security, and network performance optimization. The IT Network Administrator will collaborate closely with IT teams, management, and other departments to support the organization's technological needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.

Qualifications:

• degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
• knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
• experience with network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
• certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CISSP) are a plus.
• position may require occasional evening or weekend work to perform system maintenance or address critical issues.
• IT Network Administrator will be expected to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve network infrastructure and security.
