As a result, our CSRs prospect to true enterprise companies, nationally, from day one. As a CSR, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle - prospecting, developing relationships, conducting needs analysis, value, and product demonstrations of our platform, and negotiating and closing contracts. You wont be limited to a small territory, which impacts your ability to earn. We offer a highly lucrative compensation package for exceptional performers, as well as growth opportunities. It is our leaderships mission to develop you into an Enterprise Account Executive. **Scope of Responsibilities**

    + Drive net new business by presenting the TicketManager value proposition to decisionmakers at SMBs and Global 2000 businesses

    + Generate outbound interest and build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers

    + Help potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver

    + Own, manage, and drive the full sales process

    + Shadow experienced team members during the sales process and learn to run enterprise deals from inception to close - our CSRs stay involved during the entire sales process and are not required to hand off deals

    **THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**

    + **Education:** BS/BA degree

    + **Experience:** Proven inside sales experience (cold calling) with a track record of over-achieving quota

    + Strong phone presence; excellent verbal and written communications skills

    + Strong listening and presentation skills

    + Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

    + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    + Experience working with or similar CRMs
