Clinical Therapist


Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide in person and telehealth psychotherapy to clients of Beyond Limits Mental Health & Wellness, LLC, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.

Facilitate group psychotherapy and clinical workshops as needed.
Complete initial diagnostic evaluations, trauma screenings, and suicide risk assessments

Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding by the applicable licensure governing body.

Respond to clients' requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc.

Communicate with a client's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.

Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Beyond Limits Mental Health & Wellness, LLC or third parties in conjunction with the client's treatment.

Keep client files accurate and up to date.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Beyond Limits Mental Health & Wellness, LLC.

Conduct counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Beyond Limits Mental Health & Wellness, LLC.

Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
Other duties as may be assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:
Align with Beyond Limits Mental Health & Wellness, LLC mission, vision, and values.
Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; or related discipline
At least 3 years of clinical experience post Masters
Active, unrestricted license in the state of Pennsylvania
Able to maintain a full caseload, seeing 29 clients weekly.
Be organized and detail oriented.
Be a team player.
Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a private practice setting highly preferred.
Good problem-solving skills and be a critical thinker.
Culturally competent and practice cultural humility
Be guided by proper morals, values, and ethics.
