- Leading and managing bankruptcy cases, with a focus on Chapter 11 reorganizations
- Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on bankruptcy and IP litigation matters
- Representing clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
- Handling all aspects of IP litigation cases, including infringement disputes, licensing agreements, and trade secret litigation
- Conducting legal research and analysis on bankruptcy and IP law issues
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Collaborating with partners and other team members to develop innovative legal strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- 7+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law, with a focus on Chapter 11 reorganizations
- Substantial experience in IP litigation, including trademark, copyright, and patent disputes
- Strong understanding of bankruptcy and IP law, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
