Job summary
CoxHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant III to perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry under direct supervision of a supervisor or provider. Clinical duties include measuring vital signs, preparing patients for examination, cleaning rooms and equipment.
Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent required; graduated from formal MA training program including pharmacology class; no prior experience required but previous health care setting experience preferred.
