    The successful candidate will have 0-3+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail and office settings. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing client/customer service and support to owners, tenants, and vendors
    • Receiving, responding, and resolving incoming calls from customers/tenants and handling complaints and inquiries quickly and effectively
    • Ensuring all property, tenant, owner, and vendor files are organized according to company standards
    • Managing tenant accounts, ensuring timely collection of rents, and following up on delinquent payments
    • Preparing monthly property operating reports
    • Assisting PM's with bid proposals and preparing service contracts
