    Title: Associate Campus Director/Administrator

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Campus Director to join our team. The Associate Campus Director will work closely with the Campus Director to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students and staff.

    Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support: Assist the Campus Director in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, budget management, and record-keeping.
    • Staff Supervision: Provide supervision and support to teachers, staff, and other campus personnel to ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
    • Curriculum Oversight: Collaborate with teachers and curriculum coordinators to ensure the alignment of curriculum with state standards and the school's educational goals.
    • Student Support: Work with the Campus Director and other staff members to address student needs, including academic support, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
    • Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and community members to promote involvement in school activities and events.
    • Professional Development: Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
    • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to student achievement, attendance, and behavior to inform decision-making and improve school performance.
    • Emergency Response: Assist in developing and implementing emergency response protocols to ensure the safety and security of students and staff.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and requirements governing charter schools.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Previous experience in an educational leadership role, preferably in a charter school setting.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Knowledge of educational best practices and current trends in K-12 education.
    • Commitment to the mission and values of the charter school.
