Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support
• Assist in catalog production, including writing, editing, and proofing
• Communicate with clients regarding consignments
• Support Consignment Directors and Operations Assistant
• Conduct research on consignment status
• Contribute to department-wide inventories and efficiency projects
• Preference for candidates with an interest in world history and/or numismatics
• Demonstrate self-motivation, intelligence, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Environment:

• Collaborative and fast-paced team setting
• Requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
