- M-F. Seeking individuals willing to work an 8-hour schedule in the time range of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- First 12-weeks is onsite training with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule

- Respond to calls and emails from policy holders (all businesses) needing support on all technology items (largest % of the job). Will partner with Tier II Specialists & management to resolve issues
- Reports errors in the software products and tests products as needed to fix outstanding problems
- May also participate in testing and updating software & computer applications as necessary
- Assist with underwriting support needs related to new lines & renewals of commercial auto & property insurance.
- Assist agents with online tools during the application submission process as needed
- May assist with training of new Client Services Specialists as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication & customer service with all levels of the organization and with agents
- Must be able to organize time and resources and handle multiple high priorities Must be able to work independently and, in a team, setting
- Accuracy and strong detail-orientation skills are required
- Basic math skills
- MS Office Proficiency
- Must also be comfortable doing math on the fly as they will have to give premium breakdowns while on calls
