    Overview of the Customer Service Specialist-Technology Support

    The Customer Service Specialist provides 1st level support to agents and policy holders regarding login support, site navigation and technical support issues.

    Schedule for the Customer Service Specialist- Technology Support
    • M-F. Seeking individuals willing to work an 8-hour schedule in the time range of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    • First 12-weeks is onsite training with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule
    • Hybrid/WFH scheduling after training
    • Outstanding training & team environment
    • Must live in or near Omaha

    • $51,000+ DOE

    Duties of the Customer Service Specialist- Technology Support

    **60-70% phone work so must be comfortable being on the phones**
    • Respond to calls and emails from policy holders (all businesses) needing support on all technology items (largest % of the job). Will partner with Tier II Specialists & management to resolve issues
    • Reports errors in the software products and tests products as needed to fix outstanding problems
    • May also participate in testing and updating software & computer applications as necessary
    • Assist with underwriting support needs related to new lines & renewals of commercial auto & property insurance.
    • Assist agents with online tools during the application submission process as needed
    • May assist with training of new Client Services Specialists as needed
    Requirements for the Customer Service Specialist- Technology Support
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Excellent oral and written communication & customer service with all levels of the organization and with agents
    • Must be able to organize time and resources and handle multiple high priorities Must be able to work independently and, in a team, setting
    • Accuracy and strong detail-orientation skills are required
    • Basic math skills
    • MS Office Proficiency
    • Must also be comfortable doing math on the fly as they will have to give premium breakdowns while on calls
