    Reports to: Assistant Assembly Manager

    Shift Type: Monday–Friday (5-8s), with the option for 5-12s and occasional Saturdays as required.

    Workplace Arrangement: On-site

    Supervises: N/A

    Salary Grade: 11

    Job Description Summary:

    We are in search of a skilled material handler to support our clutch shift assembly cells. This role involves managing material stocks for the assembly line and other designated areas.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Oversee material flow
    • Replenish materials for the assembly line and other locations
    • Alert on potential shortages to minimize disruptions
    • Perform other assigned tasks
    • Obtain and maintain a forklift license

    Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum of two years experience in Lean manufacturing
    • Preference for Lean implementer certification
    • Strong mathematical aptitude
    • Proficient in MS Excel and Word, basic computer skills
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks
    • Effective communication skills
    • Self-motivated with a desire for success
    • Able to collaborate and contribute to policy implementation
    • Team player
