- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field (Master's preferred).
- Ability to travel to work site for video recording and photographing events.
- Proven experience in designing e-learning content, applying instructional design, and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Premier Pro, Blender.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a Senior Instructional Designer
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in instructional design

Location: North Charleston, SC 29418
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift
Pay Rate: $40.00 to $ 43.55 per hour

Responsible for creating interactive digital training programs and materials to support employee education. They utilize specialized software to design computer-based tutorials, simulations, and videos that align with organizational goals.
