    NoneType of Travel: None* * *CACI is seeking a Windows System Administrator to join our team.

    The primary function of this position is to work with our Software & Patching team for vulnerability reporting/remediation and DISA STIG Auditing/Reporting.

    This is a full-time position located in Norfolk, VA.


    Responsibilities:
    Troubleshoot and resolve basic level system hardware, software and communications problems.
    Install, configure and test software packages.
    Evaluate and remediate vulnerability scans on production and test systems using scanning and software tools.
    Gather information and processing data related to Cybersecurity of applicable program systems.

    Ensure compliance with DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts and Bulletins (IAVA, IAVB) by managing installation of new software releases, system upgrades, and installation of patches to resolve software related issues with the IT systems.

    Remediate areas of non-compliance by using the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) by utilizing the STIG Viewer tool.

    Analyze system vulnerabilities using Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans.

    Review system, security and performance logs to assist in resolving incidents and maintaining system level securityQualifications:
    Systems Administration experience -5+ years. Experience may be earned from work or academic pursuits.
    Experience to include at least Windows Server 2012, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
    Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) experience, as a plusFamiliar with DoD Information Assurance (IA) requirements and practices (desired).Secret clearanceSecurity+CE (or one of the following equivalents GSEC, SSCP, CASP, or CCNA-Security)

    A computing environment certification such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or an equivalentNote:
    Night Shift position - Thursday - Monday 4:00pm - 2:00am
