Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Ops Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Tech Ops Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ad tech platforms, managing projects, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising technology, excellent project management skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and operating ad tech platforms, including but not limited to DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
Assist with ad tech integrations, upgrades, and new feature implementations for Mirror Digital and its Publisher Network.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from internal teams and clients.
Document and prioritize technical issues using ticketing systems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and platform integrity.
Conduct Publisher audits to ensure digital advertising best practices, including ad placement and data privacy compliance.
Provide training and support to internal teams on ad tech platforms and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve ad tech issues, including integration and data discrepancies.
Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Other related duties, as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Advertising, Computer Science or a related field,
Minimum two years of experience in a technical operations, ad tech operations, or related role.
Strong understanding of ad tech platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
