- Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, etc. Dispose of trash and replace trash bags
- Perform floor maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Dust furniture, walls, etc., and clean windows
- Adhere to Kimco standards while operating cleaning equipment & supplies, secure building by locking doors for safety, etc.
- Prior experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, or the commercial cleaning sector is highly valued
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods
- Capability to lift 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Strong team player with a positive attitude

Rate of Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Twice a month, totaling 3 hours per month
