Job Summary

This is a part-time position available from August to May, requiring a flexible and reliable individual who can work effectively in various classroom settings five days a week. While previous experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide a Christ-centered, safe, engaging environment for children, fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction, collaborating on lesson plans, and adapting activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Assume responsibility for covering classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of care and education.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and administration, promoting open communication and a collaborative atmosphere.
