Job summary

We are seeking a Student Services Advisor who is passionate about helping students transition into the workforce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, coaching students, and creating opportunities for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Develop new employer partnerships through calls, emails, job fairs, texts, and video meetings
• Host 15–20 minute introduction calls with potential employer partners
• Research and build new business opportunities for student placement
• Keep records, forms, and partnership lists updated and organized
• Provide student training on professional development (resumes, Indeed setup, job search skills)
• Conduct mock interviews and share effective techniques
• Advise students on resume writing, job applications, and career preparation
• Schedule short one-on-one meetings with students needing additional support
• Follow up with graduates to track employment outcomes for accreditation purposes
• Maintain relationships with current employers through monthly check-ins and collaborations
• Share active job opportunities with recent graduates via email
• Explore future projects such as new clinical site partnerships
• Assist with employer verifications, waivers, and student surveys
• Contribute to business growth through media kit offerings and partnership services
