    WZG Structural Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a woman-owned small business located in Zieglerville, Montgomery County, PA. We provide structural engineering services for architectural projects and other structures, from schematic design through construction administration.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer at WZG Structural Consulting Engineers. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing calculations, conducting structural analysis, and utilizing Revit software.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors of Architectural or Civil Engineering (structural emphasis)
    • EIT registration
    • Proficiency in conducting calculations and performing structural analysis
    • Experience with Revit software preferred
    • Working knowledge of RISA preferred
    • Strong verbal, technical writing, and presentation skills

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform structural analysis of new and existing structures.
    • Work with clients to develop structural engineering documents and coordinate with other disciplines from design development through construction administration.
    • Structural production of documents in Revit Structure.
    • Field investigations to document existing conditions of buildings.
    • Perform site inspections.
    • Technical writing including field observation and site investigation reports.
    • Review shop drawings and RFIs
    • Attend meetings with clients and agencies.
    • Some travel required.
