    Come join a team of Mavericks We've developed a highly-effective "field BDR" model, and are looking for a Sales Representative to work in our Texas territory. Your role will involve executing strategies to scale our presence and help residential homebuilders businesses thrive

    The essential functions of the Local Market Sales Representative:

    • Customer Engagement & Networking: Act as the primary point of contact for potential builders, understanding their needs and presenting Mavericks' solutions effectively.
    • Networking: Actively participate in strategic networking initiatives to build relationships within the construction industry fostering connections that contribute to Mavericks local market footprint.
    • Sales Execution: Drive sales activities, meet targets , and contribute to the overall revenue growth of Maverick.

    Qualifications

    • Sales Expertise: 5+ years of SMB sales experience with a proven track record in construction or insurance sales performance.
    • Licensing: Possession of a P&C license is a plus.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer relationship building skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
    • Bonus: Experience in construction insurance is a plus.
