Regional EHS Manager Job Title Regional EHS ManagerJob Description The Environmental Health & Safety EH&S Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities including implementation monitoring and review of C&W compliance/performance.REQUIRED LOCATION Greater Boston AreaESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create manage and lead the deployment of C&W's EH&S programs across the US to ensure safety is part of day-to-day operations at each site within the Asset ServicesEffectively communicate C&W's safety culture and operating philosophiesAssist in the identification of possible losses evaluate the risk in such loss exposure develop and implement a plan to correct or prevent a loss; and audit the plan to ensure its effectivenessMaintain update as needed SOP's for all safe work practices and equipment utilize them in day day trainingEnsure inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated deficiencies minimized corrected Coordinate with Regional Engineering Leaders site management on deficiencies monthly safety inspectionsMaintain logs documentation associated permits regulatory requirementsReview accidents incidents occur area responsibility conduct field audits report manage corrective actionsSupport Workers Compensation WC claims tracking investigation management processLiaise with WC Program Manager benefits group aspects injury rehabilitationSupport compliance EH&S record keeping requirements corporate local laws regulationsParticipate site inspections third party audits assure/verify regional compliance Federal State local laws regulationsTravel corporate management offices requiredDevelop maintain online safety training platform meets industry OSHA standardsCollaborate service lines global EH&S implement programs initiatives employed across CWReview Policies Procedures specific EH&SSupport sites preparation manuals Emergency Procedures Tenant Emergency ProceduresDevelop standards processes related common environmental issues commercial buildings asbestos fuel oil storage tank management indoor air quality mold remediation water intrusionAttend new business presentations discuss relevant EH&Ttulo resumen:
