    Job Title:

    Mortgage Protection and Life Insurance Sales Representative

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated sales representative to join our team at The Busick Agency, an agency of Symmetry Financial Group. As a remote sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work with clients nationwide and provide them with mortgage protection, life insurance, and other financial products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet with clients virtually to discuss and sell various life and health products
    • Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to new agents
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Exceed sales targets and earn commissions on successful sales

    Commission Structure:

    The average commission is around $600 per sale, with potential for raises every two months based on production. Agents can sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week, depending on their part-time or full-time status.
