    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs. Move or remove equipment as required
  • Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
  • Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area
  • By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity
  • Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies)
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred
  • 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required
  • 1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications certification within first year
  • Ability to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire
