We're seeking a passionate Prior Authorization Pharmacist to join our innovative team and lead the charge in performing critical clinical evaluations and assessments for True Rx clients.

100% work remote with expectations of in-office as needed for meetings and trainings.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Information Management Prodigy: Manage incoming requests for information, providing expert guidance on drug therapy, formulary issues, and clinical programs to True Rx staff, clients, and members. Partner with our reporting and analytics team to deliver impactful insights.
• Utilization Management Virtuoso: Develop, refine, and implement utilization management strategies to optimize patient care, including prior authorization protocols, step therapy initiatives, and formulary enhancements.
• Innovative Program Developer: Collaborate on the development and execution of clinical programs aimed at enhancing client and member health outcomes, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect.
• Medication Therapy Maestro: Provide top-tier medication therapy management services, ensuring members receive personalized care and support tailored to their unique needs.
• Analytical Genius: Offer expert clinical consulting services by analyzing drug utilization patterns and trends, providing invaluable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Compelling Presenter: Utilize your exceptional presentation skills to deliver insightful reports to clients, offering comprehensive analysis and guidance on the clinical aspects of their benefit plans.
• Educational Champion: Educate clients on the benefits of our clinical programs and solutions, driving increased implementation and adoption rates to maximize impact and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
• Active pharmacist license with previous PBM experience and a strong understanding of P&T strategies and Prior Authorization Guidelines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Pharmacy residency, board certification, and/or significant experience working as a clinical pharmacist.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
